เชียงใหม่- เทศบาลนครเชียงใหม่ ร่วมพิธีเปิดสถานกงสุลใหญ่สหรัฐอเมริกา ประจำจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ แห่งใหม่

เมื่อวันที่ 23 มกราคม 2569 นายอัศนี บูรณูปกรณ์ นายกเทศมนตรีนครเชียงใหม่ พร้อมด้วย นางนัชชา บูรณุปกรณ์ ที่ปรึกษากิตติมศักดิ์นายกเทศมนตรี ร่วมพิธีเปิดสถานกงสุลใหญ่สหรัฐอเมริกา ประจำจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ แห่งใหม่ (U.S. CONSULATE GENERAL CHIANG MAI “Dedication Ceremony”) ในการนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก Mr. Sean K. O’Neill เอกอัครราชทูตสหรัฐอเมริกาประจำประเทศไทย เป็นผู้กล่าวต้อนรับผู้ร่วมงาน Mr. Michael J. Rigas รองรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา (Deputy Secretary of State for Management of Resources) เป็นผู้กล่าวเปิดงาน และมี นายวิชาวัฒน์ อิศรภักดี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ กล่าวแสดงความยินดี ณ สถานกงสุลใหญ่สหรัฐอเมริกา ประจำจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

U.S. CONSULATE GENERAL CHIANG MAI – Dedication Ceremony

Chiang Mai Municipality Participates in the Opening of the New U.S. Consulate General in Chiang Mai

On 23 January 2026, Mr. Assanee Buranupakorn, Mayor of Chiang Mai Municipality, together with Mrs. Natcha Buranupakorn, Honorary Advisor to the Mayor, attended the Dedication Ceremony of the new U.S. Consulate General in Chiang Mai.

The ceremony was honored by Mr. Sean K. O’Neill, Ambassador of the United States to Thailand, who delivered the welcoming remarks. The opening address was delivered by Mr. Michael J. Rigas, Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources. Congratulations were also extended by H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs.

The ceremony was held at the U.S. Consulate General, Chiang Mai.
